I'm not sure I'd fit in a medium, and I'm not sure I need TWO Sheen shirts, but if you want to drop off the money on your way to Vancouver and you want me to bring it to Mike next week, let me know. I promise it won't disappear in any frivolous activities.... such as drinking ..... I'm in Port Coquitlam btw,and I'M a paypal kinda guy, so if you want to, I could pay Mike as soon as you give me the dough. Just saying. C PS Can I have your free beer on the Friday night?!??! just kidding. I can't complain too much because my job allows me to live here in Kaslo. I sit in front of a computer doing AutoCAD work for an interior design company so I'd much rather do that here than in Vancouver! Anyways, cheers to all and hope you have a great meet. There's a campsite right in town - 5 minute walk to the New Grand. The alternate is the Hume which is nice (but no air conditioning). Maybe someone can split a room for one night. I stayed at the "Prestige Lakeview Inn" on Front Street - not the resort location next to the lake. The Lakeview was cheaper than their resort. Here's the link for the Lakeview Inn: http://www.prestigeh...ion-contact.php It was a bit of a walk going back and forth from the Lakeview to the New Grand, but I walked-off any aches from the riding and even lost some weight (later found more than lost ). Edit: I just tried their online booking and it said no rooms available. Try calling the Nelson hotels. If you call, the local staff will know of any recent cancellations and available rooms. I crashed coming back from the MotoGP races as Laguna Seca three weeks ago. Totalled the bike, broke my left femur and messed up the rotator cuff in my left shoulder. It was a very low speed get-off, but did significant damage nevertheless. Nobody to blame but myself, but the worst part is that I don't know what went wrong. I simply do not remember the time between tipping into the corner and the moment I left the road. I remember pretty clearly everything before and after, but not what actually happened in the corner. What I do know is that I don't always do the right thing at the right time while I'm riding, and this is just another example. Regardless, until/unless I can figure out why, I'm thinking I need to stay off two-wheeled vehicles. So, as I said, I won't be able to join you in Nelson. Have a great time. I know you will. I haven't yet cancelled my room reservation (Friday, Saturday, Sunday nights) at The New Grand Hotel. If anybody wants it I'd be happy to see if I can transfer my reservation into their name...
