The gold cover looks ace, Rob, and the rest look good too. Pity they can't be on display all the time, but the fairings come in handy I suppose 😉

And then some folks cover it up even more...

There's only a few race-rep paint schemes that, to my eye, look good. Took me awhile, but I've come round on the Castrol graphics of your SP-2. And I always enjoy reading about your adventures aboard it.

But Dutchy's getting close to the edge, one more sticker and that RC is a goner.

We'll have to ask Colin Edwards for an expert opinion!

The sticker bonanza partly the result of the (chinesium) panels starting life in the oem SP2 livery....

And the star spangled banner??  Despite belief in some quarters,  I *do* like the USA...

I do love the Castrol livery--it looks great, and also it reminds me of the great Ducati/RC-51 battles in WSBK 20 years ago. And the two bikes in my garage!

Decided to gear the beast down just a Little bit more for city riding.

Yeah, stock gearing is sky high. I went to 15/41 ( I think stock is 16/40) which is just right for me.

That bike is beautiful.

I went with the (ridiculous)14/43 with an 1/8th turn throttle - great for the track, but I might put the 15 front on since I still carve it up a bit on the street.

I was 16/44 but went 16/45 just for the stoplights in the city. It’s perfect now.

Fixing a little boo-boo from last year, loading into the truck by myself. Dammit Janet!

oh well, she’ll be right as rain soon.

BTW, it’s not me doing the paintwork.

If anyone gets the chance to do trackdays at Rocky Mountain Motorsports just north of Calgary, do it. Fun fun fun.

I love your headlight covers. Sure beats the blue painters tape I use to cover my fragile bits during track time for the Advances Riders courses at the local track at DCTC.

So you drew the eyes on the tape? Nice work. And the eyes do appear to be looking to where you want to go.:fing02:
