Veefer800Canuck
It's drilled and there is a hairpin through it, yeah it's tethered.
Monk
But what keeps the whole thing including the pin from rotating?
Beck
Oh geeze.....like everyone loses their oil filler cap every six months without that thing or something.......a carbon fiber key fob might be a more useful buy.......

Member Contributer Dutchy Posted November 2, 2012 Member Contributer Share Posted November 2, 2012 tres fashionable....... I think that the pin on the oil plug might catch on a trouser leg. If it comes off, the only things that will happen is that the guy riding behind you sees a white cloud emerging as the oil hits hot metal, followed by his windscreen on his ST1100 getting covered...... (been there done that with my LeMans)

Member Contributer zupatun Posted November 5, 2012 Member Contributer Share Posted November 5, 2012 If you're going to race it is a must, but for trackdays it is hit or miss depending on the trackday organization...does look the part though, better than drilling the stocker and safety wiring it in place. Not sure if peeps are just joking... but... FYI...if you are gonna be an a track, you must have your oil cap and plug secured.
