jhenley17
Good thing he put that towel down. I'd hate to see any body panels get damaged. Certainly not those fenders. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

wera803
I sold a guy a DR350 a few months ago and he showed up in this Toyota to pick it up. Must be buddies with the Civic guy above.
SEBSPEED
I've thought about doing that with a Subaru wagon. But I don't have one.
Rogue_Biker
It's kind of a waste of a car. It would be cheaper to rent a trailer to tow the bike on, instead of gutting a perfectly good car that you can use when the weather turns bad. If you factor in the value of the car (whole) if you sold it, the monetary waste is even higher.
VFR4Lee
The car was probably cheap and the guy got to have some fun with his Sawzall. Yep, it saws all.
jhenley17
I'm just curious how long these cars hold up before they become too warped to drive. I agree, probably cheap, junk cars combined with beer and Sawzalls.Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Member Contributer YoshiHNS Posted December 22, 2017 Member Contributer Share Posted December 22, 2017 I can understand not everyone wants to own a truck, but over in europe, everyone is towing a trailer with their little sub-2-liter engine cars. I put a hitch on my 3000GT and towed a pair of motorcycles no problem (among many other things) and still managed 27 mpg, which is better than whatever SUV or truck I could have borrowed. Member Contributer Dutchy Posted December 22, 2017 Member Contributer Share Posted December 22, 2017 for $30 you rent one of these bike trailers... Rented it to go see a (2nd) VF500F that looks great in the pictures but turned out to be a piece of shyte. Returned to the trailer rental place and they sympathetically waived the charge I routinely get 40-45 MPG (US)

Member Contributer YoshiHNS Posted January 13, 2018 Member Contributer Share Posted January 13, 2018 was pretty sure I posted this already, but I guess not. Not your 40mpg, but pretty sure it would still win in a drag race with the trailer attached.

SEBSPEED
Yeah, sort of. More like the newer Outback Baja, but with a more useable (larger) bed.
