I've been told that some of us hang out now more on the VFR groups on Facebook than on here.  I joined VFR owners about a year ago but honestly don't feel it . . . Somehow it just seems like a pile of posts - I have not figured out any functionality to search it the way you can the forums here.    Anyone else here hanging out there consistently?

There is always the VFRD FB group. It’s more social than technical but still the same people.

I have avoided FB for security and privacy reasons, but I still wonder about joining......

I'm with VFR78, Skids and mello dude; I refuse to have my interests monetized. No social media for me. I am very protective of my privacy.

When I wasn't very active on VFRD, I would check out and post on the VFRD People FB page once in a while.  But VFRD is tons better.

Social Media of any kind sucks for content persistence. Any of the knowledge that was part of a discussion two weeks or two years ago is lost and nearly unsearchable.
