Why in the world would you want to do that? :unsure: My patient needs more room for it's battery - lack of fore-thought on my part! it fits but would be happier to give the fuel pump more clearance. wera803 Posted March 26, 2008 Share Posted March 26, 2008 It probably has some sort of steel wool in it. The main job is to separate the oil from the crankcase gasses/pressure before it is released. Member Contributer dukeracr Posted March 26, 2008 Member Contributer Share Posted March 26, 2008 I bought a battery for my 5th gen that turned out to be about 20mm shorter than stock, I had to put a block of wood under it, at the bottom of the battery compartment to raise it up.
