AbandonedTrack Posted November 16, 2015 Posted November 16, 2015 One day ride to Clinton Lake, Kansas. Very windy conditions, but the VFR is pretty stable in the wind. Do not understand why this model is not more popular. 1 Quote
Member Contributer fink Posted November 16, 2015 Member Contributer Posted November 16, 2015 That just looks so odd with the seat on and no handles. Quote
AbandonedTrack Posted November 17, 2015 Posted November 17, 2015 That just looks so odd with the seat on and no handles. Currently do not need them for anything. No passenger, have the side luggage on, and I can put it on it's center stand by holding on to the passenger peg bracket. I like the streamlined look. Now, why do I not have the rear cowling on? That's a good question! Quote
01ragtop Posted November 17, 2015 Posted November 17, 2015 My buddy just bought a new Indian, so naturally we had to go for a ride. 1800cc V Twin. I know it isn't for most on here, but it is a beautiful piece of machinery. 6 Quote
duccmann Posted November 17, 2015 Posted November 17, 2015 Your white VFR is my favorite. That Indian probably is pretty comfy Quote

CJMajesty Posted November 28, 2015 Posted November 28, 2015 I never use my cowling for some reason. Plus I feel my tail bag is gonna scratch it. Quote

01ragtop Posted December 6, 2015 Posted December 6, 2015 With El Nino threatening, gotta get in as many of these days as I can. Crazy wind blowing up in the SoCal desert though. 9 Quote

thecat Posted March 24, 2016 Posted March 24, 2016 Just a couple of pics from the trip to the South Island with the Ulysses club -- in Arthur's pass and at the Pike River mine disaster memorial. 1 Quote
Member Contributer Grum Posted March 25, 2016 Member Contributer Posted March 25, 2016 Hey Pussy Cat, ya gotta get a nice aftermarket pipe for that unique beautiful bike you've got. Quote
thecat Posted March 25, 2016 Posted March 25, 2016 Thanks for the compliment Grum.. But yet to see a pipe that screams I have to have it yet! After the staintune on my previous bike, I'm kinda liking the quieter stock pipe which can get rowdy on vtec. Now if they made an under belly aftermarket pipe that would show all the rear wheel, I could get interested! Cheers Quote
