kyojitsu
Helicoil thread repair kit? Not sure what bolt size but you should be able to get a set with a variety of threads and taps. Loads on ebay.

Loads on ebay. helicoil sucks. remove the clutch slave holder/ sprocket guard and see if the broken bolt can be removed by hand . i bet it will. one the broken bolt is out replace with longer bolt as i am sure more threads are on there.. if worst comes to worse, tap out to the next size up. if you REALLY want to keep the same bolt.. then use a TIMESERT.. as helicoil sucks. Member Contributer YoshiHNS Posted September 11, 2014 Member Contributer Share Posted September 11, 2014 Timeserts are great. Trying to get my current work to start using them. They do need to work on their distribution though.
Member Contributer FJ12Ryder Posted September 11, 2014 Member Contributer Share Posted September 11, 2014 I've used Keenserts for thread repair too, a lot like Timeserts. The only problem is the hole has to be made quite a bit bigger for the insert. But if you have the room they can't be beat.
