The Phantom
Lovely bike. I just came across my 'VFR List Version 1.0' CDR, created by Jaybee in 2000. It's the pre-prod version which he sent to a dozen or so people before he finalised it and started cranking them out. Lots of good VFR pics (and other goodies). Veefer800Canuck
Wow!! She's definitely a looker!!! I love that exhaust!! Two Mothers made a similar setup for the VFR750, and I think Devil did for the 800s. Oh yeah, MIG too. I kinda thought I wanted a dual shotgun system when I first got my bike in 2000, but ultimately decided that it covered too much of the wheel, detracting from the overall appearance of the SSSA. enzed_viffer
Polished rim lips are the bomb! B) Shame the black paint looks so crap compared to the silver wheels it should have. And that blue paint! AAaaaarrrgh! My eyes! My eyes..... right_rear.jpg

Good points. I've seen the Devils. I think I am in the minority here, but I actually like the lower exhaust on 4th gens! For some reason, the high exhaust just doesn't do it for me. I guess to my eye, the lower exhaust seems more in keeping with the lines on the bike. Not that I wouldn't mind a sweet Staintune high mount....
