  1. I went with Renthal Road handlebars. Several bends to choose from. https://road.renthal.com/shop/road-products/road-handlebars/road-se-bars
  2. I would try polishing out the windshield you have first. I did on mine and it came out nice.
  3. Use "google translate" for that web page. It says under that picture "RC30 of clear cowl that has been exhibited at the Tokyo Motor Show in 1987"
  4. Cal's major sponsor is Monster and Danni's is Red Bull. I can see a conflict of interest there.
  5. Hi hotshoerob, Thank you for your donation of $25.00. We look forward to improving the forums with your donation. Thanks VFRDiscussion
  6. I found this link on a local forum...kinda cool idea, I like the money shot at the end
  7. I imported a HawkGT from the US about 5 years ago and I couldn't believe how easy it turned out to do. I read through all of Canada customs and RIV stuff to try and decipher all the legalities. Most of it didn't apply to what I was doing. If the vehicle is more than 15 years old you don't need to go through RIV. They are exempt. http://www.riv.ca/RIVExemptions.aspx http://www.riv.ca/CBSAEntryRequirements.aspx You will need the Canada customs paperwork completed, vehicle title, and good documentation of what you paid for it (just a bill of sale won't cut it). http://cscb.ca/sites/cscb.ca/files/uploads/13-0132_(1303-08).pdf
  8. I have this one that I downloaded from this site a few years ago. Works great for me. For PC3 staintune_european.djm
  9. The VIN sticker on the frame will tell you for sure if it is a Canadian model. They are bilingual in English and French and the weights are metric, measured in kilograms. Not sure about the EPA sticker
  10. Took a couple new pics of what it looks like.
  11. I bought one of these for my 5th gen 3 years ago when it was listed on ebay. http://exratech.com/index.php?route=product/product&path=59_70&product_id=68 Now selling $145 and free worldwide shipping. I think I paid more back then. They're located in Latvia. At the time I ordered the communication was a little difficult due to the language barrier. They're Russian speaking. Could be ok now. 100% 3 layer carbon fiber. Quality is decent for the price, the mounting holes all lined up. The carbon fiber is a bit wavey, I guess from the way it laid into the mold. The only thing I did was trimmed the right side to better follow the contour of the rear wheel, it just didn't look right. easy enough to do. For the brake lines I put in rivnuts in the holes they provided and 1/2" cable clamps. 3 years later and several thousand miles later it is holding up and looking good. I've been on some nasty rough roads too. I'm sure the Harris is a much better product, but for me, this does the job. Hope that helps.
  12. Make that 5th quickest... and fastest Ducati, and only 2 tenths slower than Marquez http://www.crash.net/motogp/results/226425/1/sepang-motogp-test-times-wednesday-final.html

  14. From motomatters.com... https://motomatters.com/analysis/2015/11/11/2015_valencia_post_race_tuesday_round_up.html ...the Open category disappears in 2016, with MotoGP just a single class again. Ducati, Honda and Yamaha are all running under the same rules – 22 liters of fuel, spec electronics, seven engines a season, limited testing, and engine development frozen. As factories which have yet to accumulate sufficient podiums, Aprilia and Suzuki will have unlimited testing and 12 engines a season, and the same fuel and electronics as Honda, Yamaha and Ducati. Tire allocations are identical for all of the factories, with a choice of two tire compounds at each race.... and this on the unified software... https://motomatters.com/analysis/2015/09/08/everything_you_wanted_to_know_about_moto.html
