He said that it would be impossible for me to get 100 people to fill out and return a questionnaire over the internet. Well less than 18 hours after I first posted the questionnaire I have 77 responses. So I only need 23 more. I also posted the survey on several other forums of all types. VFRD has come through for me though, the majority of respondents have been VFRD members. That means alot to me everyone, I'm doing the research that I want to do because I knew that this group would come through for me. COME ON EVERYONE, I ONLY NEED 23 MORE!!! I could see how he could try to argue that "Do you have child?" is correct, but it's not. You can drop the article from a noun when speaking in general terms. But, if you were speaking in such a way it would be make more sense to say children instead of child. Child implies one, not many. Children can mean many childs, or the general group of childs. Same thing for the words person and people. You can say, "A person was here" or "People were here." But, you'd never say "Person was here" (missing the article A). And if you meant persons in the general sense, then it would be people. I've spent the past two weeks arguing with my boss over a stupid statistics question. He posed it to a group of us just for fun as we were standing around talking, and I thought the answer was pretty obvious, but he insists I'm wrong. I explained to him, in detail, why I was right. He still insists I'm wrong. I wrote to several guys with "Dr." in front of their name who teach statistics and probability at places like USC, Texas, and Drexel, who wrote back and agreed that I was right and he was wrong. He responds with "Hmph, I guess there are some math professors out there who are easily confused by simple probability." :blink: Sometimes people are just so convinced they're right it's not even worth it to argue. I drifted off road a few weeks ago and ended up in the ditch, but did not lay my bike down. I did a u-turn about 15 years ago with a passenger and laid my bike down at 1mph. I was on the bumpy road once and at one of the bumps my passenger flew of... Does any of these consider as a motorcycle accident? 22, Does watching somebody on the track crash qualify as witnessing a motorcycle accident? Or seeing my wife dropping a bike in the parking lot? Unfortunately we could not help with the questions, and even though you try to word the questions as neutral and clear as possible it is pretty tough. Good luck! I would like to thank everyone who participated. I will get the results up as soon as possible. It will be a few weeks though because now I have to concentrate on a 20 article literary review.
