  11. Euh.......... you join on the 9th, do not introduce yourself in the welcome section and expect people to jump to your aid within 24 hours from posting??? And then "you already found it yourself on the internet" I -obviously- donot know you, but this is some Interesting human behavior.....
  12. He -and the engineer that makes them- did have a good look and could see and recognize the skill in Seb making it. Which is a lot more than the childish sour grapes they got here on VFRD with their (different design and method) solution to the "problem". Their finish is smooth whereas Seb's has a -nice- weld. Some like blondes, some like brunettes, I like both
  13. I've been buying stuff from Gerhard since 1997 and since I would be in his neck of the woods (somewhat), I offered to drop by so we could finally meet f2f. Met up with 2 guys from the German VFR forum, one off which does modify a lot and engineers stuff. Direct route to Lohr would be about 1 hour via the Autobahn, but instead they took me some 4 hours through the Odenwald. Roads are on par with the Dragon (at some points even tighter); the main difference to posted speedlimit..... 100kmh/62MPh... My Angel GT's were brilliant! (it rained.....0 Some breaking news 1st..................... Thurn is in the final stages of having LED brake/rear indicator light units produced. some final tweaking to the molds to be done: so once they are "available" (and prices known)I will post up This is the modification section so here goes... http://vid113.photobucket.com/albums/n206/Dutchy_748/sfars/P5038857_zps1tjmhl4k.mp4 Ixil on 8th Gen video: http://vid113.photobucket.com/albums/n206/Dutchy_748/sfars/P5038852_zps5sebwebe.mp4 Thurn's take on the clear clutch cover It's a VFR so yeah, there has to be something electric.... %

As the adage goes... better say nothing at all.... as long as the owner is happy.. nothing else matters!!
  19. I'd hazard a guess and say that you need to drill 2 holes in the existing chain guard. That the carbon fibre's horizontal bit (that will go on top op your chain guard (with the metal strip in between) already has 2 holes drilled. as I said, make sure the bolts sticking trough (top down) are long enough to grip the nut+washer underneath The curved metal strip will fit underneath the cf curved bit. Here my home made version from a messed up cf hugger with a metal chainguard... Or contact the seller!!
  20. A picture would help to show what metla support bracket you mean. as for bolts, you must make sure they are not too long as not to interfere/touch chain/rim/tire. Just grab the nyloc nut.
