Yellowstone was great almost zero traffic up to the Old faithfull. You just have to get up early- 3

Tony RE activate your FB ACCOUNT and it will be easy to find it and voila Remember click album name to see all of them. Rob and the two of us had a great day from Cody thru Yellowstone Early and them up to the Berkley pit in Butte then back to Missoula where will part ways till next adventure

165 days till we start the bikes...
So i thought i would post our route to the event..
Right now we have 4 bikes leaving together. ( @Axel_7 , @Tammy, @jfviffer, @radar)
And @Veefer800Canuck In Wilbur
And @grizfan in Orofino. (thought @Willy could meet in Kooskia)
I will not be changing routes or dates, But if you want to catchup or tag along that would make the
caravan that much more fun. I will be creating GPS files of the routes if others want them.

I haven't decided if I will be riding from Portland or trailering to LaGrande and riding from there. I knock off almost 900 miles if I trailer to LaGrande. The big Ape has a habit of eating rear tires and the latter option may save my bacon on this long of a trip. The roads to LaGrande are great but I plan on covering those roads on a 3 day trip to LaGrande/Lewiston/Hell's Canyon/Baker City before the Sum Sum. I'm coming up with around 3600 miles round trip not including 2 days riding in the SD area.
Or Meet us in Orofino ID and Ride from that location.

Well i just pulled out my VFR the other day and i was inspired to get started on the refresh of the suspension and knew this was still the best resource of information on the web. 😞 so many names are familiar either we met in person or in the constant banter here.. Thanks HS for all you have done for so many of us. PS what was the final decision on what oil i should use?
