  1. Find someone with a bandsaw, that'll work best. Then use a file or an angle grinder with a sanding disc to clean them up. Satin black Rustoleum blends perfectly with the subframe. Interceptor 068.jpg Chopped pegs Beauty shot Gone is the sail... titanium fender eliminator is done!
  2. I've seen the zip-tie fix used quite a lot on dirt bikes and snowmobiles in the past, another key step is to drill a hole at the end of each crack, to keep it from spreading! Get well soon, and go for a ride.
  3. And after watching it, I'd say your buddy needs to work on his body positioning a little. Looks good though! I really miss those decreasing radius turns, I don't have any in my area, and I love a challenge!
  4. If you can't duct it, f--- it! I'd be careful on a hot day... that tape's gonna give out at the worst possible moment...

  12. What are you doing here Marty? Have your son post the pics for you, get back to work! I'm feeling the crunch myself, I just got my spring on the rear shock swapped today, still need to do the fork seals and springs... and wetsand, and buff, and add the camera mount, and install a bunch of other little stuff, and, and, and... Oh yeah, then I need to dial everything in and make sure its good... I'd like to do my shakedown run at home! Keep up the good work!!
  13. Hmm. We have military-spec olive drab infrared (radar) absorbing paint at work... Hmm...
  14. Or maybe you could use a single headlight from an RC51, or cut an F4i unit in half and do something like this: Would look cool(and clean), and half the weight! :salesman:
  15. Just as any "resident PC guru" would!
