This is a result of the traditional way of removing the bearing, knock it out and inevitably damage the seat More effect is using a Rawlbolt on the inner race and pull it out, also the cheap way of getting blind bearings out -

Loctite bearing fit will take up the slack Are using double lip sealed bearings? -
There’s usually some of them on eBay ….one of mine was cracked and did the same thing

Careful with EBC clutch springs, I bought some and they were so heavy duty that I ended up taking them out

As an owner of several Beta trials bikes, on which the clutch plates stick together if you don’t use it daily at least, the kindest way to free up the plates is pull in the clutch lever and use a screwdriver to separate them through the oil filler hole Once you’ve done it then try putting the bike in gear and seeing if it works, if it doesn’t then just repeat until it does

Took the rear wheel out and discovered there’s a screw in it so off to have a new tyre put on …..one day I’ll actually wear a rear tyre out on this bike

The bearing in the pressure plate is not held in, it’s prone to tip and jam, so with actuating rod removed the clutch connects with the gearbox, hydraulics assembly will push the rod out and disconnect the gearbox I’ve fixed mine in place with Loctite bearing fit You can see if this is happening through the oil filler as the hydraulics are fitted Tourmax kit is quality
