Member Contributer oyama 67 Posted May 12, 2006 What are you guys talking about? That pic is a set up! :P There is no proof the bike was moving. There is no blur in the pic. He probably has some kinda bike support things on the other side of the bike that we can not see... :goofy: Quote Link to comment
Member Contributer PorradaVFR 26 Posted May 12, 2006 Did he actually make it? Does anyone know? Quote Link to comment
Garville 4 Posted May 12, 2006 I'd say he was sitting on the bike and rocked it forward to get off the center stand and forgot he had short legs!!!!!!!!!! Awesome photo, no way is this his own bike, I'd imagine he's a test rider or something cool like that....yeah! Garville :goofy: Quote Link to comment
Guest buddie hackett Posted May 12, 2006 :D Turn the key on next time to make it look realistic... Quote Link to comment
Guest SagaciousDupe Posted May 13, 2006 That's a cool pic!!! "I'm gonna get rid of those damn chicken strips once and for all!!" You know...there are easier ways to remove the paint on the edge of your rims. (Check other pic in gallery) :goofy: Quote Link to comment
Member Contributer IntAceptor 17 Posted January 27, 2007 I heard a rumor that the next bike through that turn lost traction due to a bad smelling brownish substance left on the road. Quote Link to comment
Member Contributer JETS 22 Posted January 27, 2007 I thinks it's real: if you look closely at his RIGHT knee, it's been down! Good ridin', man! Can you get sliders for jeans??? Quote Link to comment
tinyminds 6 Posted January 27, 2007 I've drug my saddle bags before but my back wheel lost traction immediately when it happened, took that pressure off the rear tire. I was lucky though, the tire recaught traction about a foot later. Happened so quick it was all over before I realized the bag hit. Scary feeling. Not sure its possible honestly to have the bag dragging all the way around the turn and not loose the back tire from weight transfer, but not saying its impossible. Quote Link to comment
SEBSPEED 1,385 Posted January 27, 2007 Sweet!! Bags make the best frame sliders EVAR!! :D Quote Link to comment
Member Contributer Duckeater 0 Posted January 27, 2007 Now you need to go squid - get some Ti "curb alarm"strips attached and toss some sparks ! It would sure shake off anyone on your wheel. Quote Link to comment
Member Contributer DougFromIndy 5 Posted January 27, 2007 Cool pic but wrong side of double yellow...a truck...another bike? you get the idea still great riding Quote Link to comment
Member Contributer quicknick 0 Posted January 27, 2007 Cool pic, you can only do that on the Silver VFR's. Everyone knows they handle better. Quote Link to comment
Sweeper 1,107 Posted January 28, 2007 He must no know how slick those yellow lines are. That bag could let go at any second. Quote Link to comment
Guest Hurryin Hoosier Posted January 28, 2007 The physics at play here are unreal. A 'c' hair from laying the bag down and unloading the rear tire, the left foot off the peg b/c it is in the tar, and the front tire begging to low side this guy's day away. A great picture without a doubt. I am confident that my attempt at this pose would end badly. Is this what 8/10+ looks like? Quote Link to comment
