Member Contributer Lorne Posted January 1, 2016 Member Contributer Share Posted January 1, 2016 After sitting idle for several weeks I threw in the recharged battery and took my VFR for a spin around Victoria. It was a nice, bright afternoon but with temps hovering around the freezing mark I didn't stray far from home. I found this view of Mt Baker from Cattle Point and manhandled the VFR a few yards down a footpath for the shot. Yep, it was chilly:

Member Contributer Duc2V4 Posted January 1, 2016 Member Contributer Share Posted January 1, 2016 It's great to be able to ride without the snow and rain, but hard to stay warm in such low temps without warm gear! Although it hasn't been as cold as you're seeing, it has been uncharacteristicly cold for So Cal lately. Low 30's to mid 50's when we usually see low 60's upper 70's, even during winter time. Looks like a nice time none the less. Nice pic BTW.
