Member Contributer zoomzoom Posted April 18, 2014 Member Contributer Share Posted April 18, 2014 That is just AWESOME looking Anik. Very well done. Where did you run the wires for the volt gauge? Did you have to drill a small hole in the rear of the gauge pod somewhere?
Member Contributer AnikMankar Posted April 18, 2014 Author Member Contributer Share Posted April 18, 2014 Initial thought was to drill a hole but there are small holes / vents for moisture control. Routed thru that and sealed it with silicon. Power is taken from my existing volt meter connection thanks Anik
Member Contributer hondalover Posted April 22, 2014 Member Contributer Share Posted April 22, 2014 Very nice. Can I send you mine and about 30 of my friends face plates . Nice work .. sure anytime :) all the way to this side of the planet !! If Switchblade sends you some face plates, he might as well send some forks to huh? Shipping is far more pricey than you might imagine Switchblade. That set up is by-far the best looking and most seamless install that I've ever seen. Great work Anik! Member Contributer AnikMankar Posted September 17, 2014 Author Member Contributer Share Posted September 17, 2014 The ink on the dial is giving way. This is second time. Crappy quality on the dials. Don't buy. Not to look for alternate dials. There are all plasma dials available for VFR - exploring those. Stay tuned

Member Contributer AnikMankar Posted September 30, 2014 Author Member Contributer Share Posted September 30, 2014 these are actually plasma dials - meaning have illuminating lights in the dial it self. Found these guys on ebay - Check # 131288707344. these guys are out of Poland. Found them expensive and charge a little more to customize - but worth it ! Member Contributer AnikMankar Posted October 15, 2014 Author Member Contributer Share Posted October 15, 2014 While fitting - I blew up the voltage stabilizer. Managed to get it lit up bypassing the stabilizer.
