Guest
The first hard work that i've started is the new front end. I bought a complete forks set from a Ducati multistrada 1000 with a couple of Brembo calipers, a front 16'' wheel from a CBR. The first step in this photos:If someone has advices....... Member Contributer YoshiHNS Posted March 24, 2013 Member Contributer Share Posted March 24, 2013 Good start. Should that radiator be moved out away from the rocks coming off the front tire?
SEBSPEED
I have loved the look of a naked VF since the first time I saw one. If I had a 1000F, I would do exactly what you are doing!
Member Contributer JamieDaugherty Posted March 29, 2013 Member Contributer Share Posted March 29, 2013 Those Multistrada forks have a lot of travel. My suggestion would be to limit the travel to 120mm and make sure to setup the springs and valving for the VF1000F and you should be all set. Don't forget to check your clearances! Member Contributer 2thdr Posted April 3, 2013 Member Contributer Share Posted April 3, 2013 How about some pazzo knock off levers? That fork / wheel / bar combo looks great.
