Swisstony
Just posting here to say hello and introduce myself. Bought a 2011 VFR1200F last month from a dealer 120 miles away and, after getting the train over to Hull (Yorkshire) from Wigan (Lancashire), nearly drowned riding it back, because in my wisdom, I chose one of the top 10 wettest days of the past decade to pick it up 😅 This is actually my first VFR (not including a project 800 I bought and never rode) and the V4 engine has been an itch that has needed scratching for a loooooooong time. Prior to this I was on a run of 4 ZZR1400’s and just fancied a change for a while. Do have a few questions so shall be plundering the knowledge on this forum, but hopefully will be able to offer advice as well, but probably not on the bikes at the moment. 😁 1
