Needs to be on the opening page. Nice shot, the lighting is perfect, on the silver.
  2. Nice. VERY nice. Not going to be able to keep the front down, now. (That rear is really slick!)
  3. Bought the Rim tape on ebay about 3 years ago. The seller is no longer around but there are several vendors that carry the stuff. It's very durable. Yes I would prefer the rims had painted stripes but this is very inexpensive and looks pretty good IMHO. You must be patient putting it on. It comes in 4 peices for each side. Below is a link on ebay that looks like the same as mine. It's so cheap I ordered extra. That way you will have backup (that will match). http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Wheel-Strip...sspagenameZWDVW Good luck. Mark Cheaper and easier yet.... Go to the local auto parts store or even wall mart and get "pin stripe" from there. It comes on a roll, not sure of how much but I did both wheels, both sides and still had plenty left over. Go slow and don't press it down until you're for sure. :salesman: If its the thinner 1/8". The 1/4" tends to, "lip-up", on a 16.5" radius. Been itch'n to do the 1/8" chrome, myself. As I don't want to polish the lips, and am look'n to have a slight, "pop", without being too loud. Good tip, Hawglet.
  4. The clear lenses on the red bike are sweet. Ken's was the first I saw. Looks good. Are the covers Thurn?
  5. Been there. LOL. Good thing the button never stuck. :warranty: , rg-one, That's one of the best avatars, I've ever seen. Still working on the EMP, disc. And a launcher. LOL.

  7. Those aren't sliders. There bobbins. Don't drop the bike.
  8. Slightly bent shifter. (Not enough to replace). Scuffed bar end, scuff on the edge of the mirror. (Prolly wouldn't have had that, if the mirrors weren't out so far). Few scuffs on the upper fairing. (Touched up).

  13. If I do it, (Again, to each there own), prolly go less intrusive, and more for a smaller front to accentuate the fwd. motion look of the bike, and still keep coverage. Just me. Seb., GREAT JOB! Steve, fantastic touch-up on the edges, and black. (Not to mention the rotors).

    As usual,.... Sweet.
  15. No. I don't know, (again). But are you sure? Not try'n to be an a$$. Figure an aftermarket would be no problem, but altering stock? Wouldn't one get flack from a dealer if stuff went wrong? Didn't one member run into flack, after gutt'n, then his cat loaded-up, and the bike burst into flames? Serious questions. Not being sarcastic. Didn't he get flack, from the dealer?
  16. Most dealer wrenches, are dolts. (No dis. to the wrenchers, here). It prolly would. I don't know. But I can tell you most of them won't know, if you don't tell.
  17. The O2 Sensors SUCK! I went with the 99 cents resistors. No problems. The FI light went off. Thanks for all of the advice. Coyze your map is off da chain! I went for ride this afternoon, and the power is very immpressive. I can't beleive the difference. I did not know a VFR could roar like that. I will post my Dyno as soon as I get over to the Dyno Center. Thanks a bunch guys, Da Penetrator Lives! Cool. It's been covered in past threads, (that I think are now deleted), but the PC elims seem to only last a few thousand miles before folks have problems. Some have been bad out of the box, others are problem less. For less than $1.00 the resistors are the way to go. (I know this because of the forum). It's surprising to me, all the 6th gen owners with PC's, that still have problems, and no not of Cozey's map. He got some props, recently, in a major cycle mag.,...and he has no VFR anymore. LOL. Hands down THE BEST DAMN MOD, ON MY BIKE. And this is coming from a self promoting fool. LOL.
  18. It's a stretch, but you might check out these guys. http://www.econobelt.com/ They helped me out bigtime, (But on a different application).
  19. You weren't kidd'n. WOW! What's up with the valve stems? Did they come like that, or are they painted?
  20. Gotta tell you, you're wrong. AWESOME WRIGHT-UP. MODS, This is one, not to lose!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
  21. FOR THE LOVE OF GOD,..... PIN THIS!!!!!!!!!!!!
  22. P.S. don't worry about the name spelling, I've been called worse. LOL. Is that real carbon, inlayed onto the the sliders? Just a hint. (Do as you will), BUT for a bit of dress-up, auto door edge trim, works really nice on the inside of the faring holes.
  23. Thank you, sir! They have had lots of refinement. Enjoy.
