How much did you get.? I got around 140HP with a PC custom tune, clipped soft rev limiter, Thortsen airbox, and Sato Bonzi's exhaust. -
I'm using the PIAA bulbs now. H7's and H4's. I like the white light better.

VFR and the SP1 are the same diameter, but different thichness. That's why the 3mm spacer when using the SP1 lower bearing.The SP2 is a larger diameter.

I started early this year. What I got left to do is clear the code from doing the starter valve syn. from the other day. Install the PCV. Fit the Delkevic header to see if I have to mod it for my plans, before I send it out for ceramic coating. And waiting on the torocharger. Need one more to sign up for it I guess before toro starts making them. And for sh.... and giggles, maybe some Sato resets. The only problem that I had to think about was, the lower bridge hitting the oil cooler at full turn. zRoyz did his one way, and I did it abit different than him. Good luck on your FrankenViffer. Oh, a little piece of info I picked up not long ago. Conny 14 forks are thought to be the same length as the RC51 forks. Also heard that Ohlins is going to make another batch of RC51 forks based on the Conny 14 forks, because of them being the same length. This came from a well known person on the west coast.

If I read your question right. The stems are part of the lower bridge. So when you change the lower bridge, you are also changing the stem at the sametime. I used a '01 RC51 (SP1) lower and a 954 top. Some have used the 929/954 lower. With the RC51 lower. You have to use the lower bearings from a '01 RC51 (SP1) with a 3mm spacer, and use the top bearings from the VFR. I know how you feel about the before and after comparision. I did my conversion during last winter. Long time between rides. LOL What's the bore on the 600rr rear brake master cylinder? What I like about the Brembo radial pumps is, that I can change the feel of the clutch and brake levers, and where the brake and clutch start to bite on the lever throw. The VFR looks good. Now go out and enjoy it. :fing02:

I'm 6', 190 lbs and wear Lager size gloves, but my hands are lean! :biggrin: Get your wife to help! :fing02: My wife gettin' her hands dirty! You must be dreamin'! LOL I'll remove the panels. I'm tired of gettin' my hands scraped up anyways. I get enough of that at work. :blink:

If you want a matching set of radial pumps. Brembo RCS19 for the front brakes, and RCS16 for the clutch. This is the set-up I'm using now. :fing02: They're about $365 each.

Which RC51 oil cooler you going to use? The '00-'01 SP1 or the '02-'06 SP2?

Mine is both short stacks on the front cylinders, and both long stacks on the rear cylinders.

If you do delink the the brakes. You will have 2 pistons working on the left side, and 3 pistons working the right side on the front. Don't think the stock front master cylinder would work well with 5 pistons. In the rear. You will have to get a new master cylinder with a 14mm bore to get the rear to have enought power in the caliper. Going this far, you should just swap the front end out for something else.

If somebody makes a set. :happy: I'll buy set off of them. Think that would clear up a couple of issues with some clearance problems. Like changing the location of the pinch bolts in the bottom triple.
