IMHO there are few places better for camping and scenery than Utah. A favorite route is Moab to Zion/Cedar City. Not to mention the fabulous skiing near Salt Lake City. -

Very nice. Didit, it was great riding with you last summer. The ride up the Black Canyon was fabulous. Radar, it was nice to put a face and personality with the name. I miss your sliders a lot. -

From my overnight stay in Ogallala, I took 61/92 north, followed 92 east from Arthur, then took this un-labled "road" north that passes east of Three Mile Lick Lake (what a name) and very near Swan Lake. It intersects Neb. 2 just west of Whitman, Neb. -
When motorcycle camping, I've never had a camp fire, for several reasons. Fire wood is hard to get on a bike, I've come to see that recreational fires are polluting, and I've come to appreciate the darkness. -
