Member Contributer Dutchy Posted October 28, 2013 Author Member Contributer Share Posted October 28, 2013 My faith in German efficiency has been damaged.............. Louis.de listed the rotor as available; EBC for a good price So I ordered it, with a set of pads. 4 days later nothing received so I phoned if there was a problem. "no sir, the parts are in stock and we will send them shortly" Well.............. they took my money, but refunded the rotor now because it is no more available -ever-. But they did ships the pads.......... Duh.......... but at least they will accept a return and refund.... so back to the drawing board.... Can anyone recommend an Ebay seller they have good experience with (with regards to brake rotors)? Japparts has these rotors in stock I think Yes, for Euro 150.................... Louis was offering an EBC rear rotor for 70 euro..... So am still considering china since other seem to have no issue with them
Veefer800Canuck
My chinese rear rotor has been absolutely perfect. The fronts are hanging on my garage wall. That should be sufficient information.

Member Contributer Dutchy Posted November 6, 2013 Author Member Contributer Share Posted November 6, 2013 Score!!!! The rotor is "made in EU" It was packaged in a "sheltered workshop" in Germany which I like. These places offers handicapped people a place of work that takes their limitations in consideration. So that they can feel "valued" and "needed" by society. I went for the organic instead of the sintered pads. It even comes with the -in Germany compulsory- paperwork whereby a govenrment body certifies that this aftermarket part is allowed to be used on my specific type motorcycle (a list of bikes is included in the booklet).
