Painting The Bar Ends

We all know they can get a little scratched up over time. if you've painted yours, what color did you use? "plain" black? matte black? semi-gloss black? i'd like them to look as close to the original color as possible.

LOL! I agree with that one. Seems like no matter what I try on the ends, nothing looks any good and nothing sticks. I finally just said "screw it" and stripped the paint off, and just polished the damn things.

Did my customs. Silver, then clear. Good for the 1 yr, so far. Problem with stockers is, right off the CNC, they're painted. My suggestion, (if you can), bead blast them, then paint.

Asphalt VFR, Pazzo levers, clean as can be... Nice looking cockpit.

Thanks! That shot was taken many, many miles ago and it's not quite as spiffy looking now.

Seeing his bike in person has made me lust after the Asphalt black...although he needs to paint his frame, clipons and bolts still.
