Does anyone have any info or has anyone used IMPEX JAPAN website. They seem legit with pretty good pricing, just wondering if anyone has had any experience(s) with them. Knute

I found these 3rd gen parts and thought that someone here might find them useful. They've all been in a box for 20+ years since I last had a 3rd gen VFR. I'd prefer to send them all as a package, no charge except for shipping. The small cover is n.o.s., I'd fitted a switch for my grip heaters in the original and wanted an unmolested spare - just in case. The chain guard shows some light scuffing but otherwise in good nick. The batter strap is used but definitely serviceable. Not 100% sure it's from a 3rd gen, though. The two rubber blocks are cushions for the front right & left side of the fuel tank. Again, these are used and a little stiff with age.

Good afternoon VFR riders! Let me introduce myself! My name is Robbert and I am living in the Netherlands. When I was 15 I bought my first VFR because i could not pay my motorcross by working at the local supermarket. I started selling parts of the VFR and nowadays it is my job next to my study! I already stripped about 40 vfr's so I have got a lot of parts of the bike :) The website I created is called www.rvzmotors.nl. I am translating the website into the English language so I can send my parts all over the world. But I am not only selling parts of the VFR. Nowadays I am building a streetfighter. I changed a lot of parts and I am really proud of the results. Next wednesday the silencer is ready to use. Please give me some feedback to the bike. I'd like to learn from other people! I am sorry for my English grammar but it is hard for me :) Thanks for the attention!

Good afternoon VFR friends! Some of you know that I sell VFR parts next to my study and this week I bought an VFR 750 again. This bike is is going to be stripped and every single part is for sale! The bike has been wrapped in cammo colour but you can easily take it off. I can ship the parts to every country in the world. I am based in the Netherlands. I have no fairings of the bike left. I only have the mud guard and a red seat cowl :) On the bike is an Delkevic exhaust which is very cool! (SOLD) The exhaust system is not good anymore. The brakedisks are in good shape. (SOLD) I am looking forward to see the reactions for the parts:) SORRY FOR MY ENGLISH GRAMMAR :) You can contact me by: - Email --> rvzmotors@gmail.com - whatsapp --> +316 34837846

!! I HAVE BOUGHT BOTH ITEMS thanks to the great people here. Thanks you two, you know who you are! Hey guys, i couldn't find any kind of marketplace thread so i'm posting my own topic. if this is the wrong place, let me know. simply put, i'm looking for a couple stock parts and thought before i hit ebay and bike bandit and the like, might as well try to keep it in the family. i'm looking for two things: STOCK WINDSCREEN STOCK MUFFLER (with the pipe that connects it to the cat) i'm in california, so if any other VFR guys in the US have done some mods and want the stock parts out of your garage, send me a message or i guess just comment here for starters and we can try to work out payment and shipping and all that fun stuff.

Hello I am anxiously awaiting the delivery of a Titanium Race-Tech Arrow exhaust with carby (carbon-fibre) end tip for my 2014 VFR800. I've noticed in reading other posts for slip-ons that some arrive with sealant. I've also read, spoken to other riders who mention the use of gaskets etc. I am unable to find info on Arrow's website, so here goes: Do I need any other material in order to properly install this slip-on? Do I need a sealant or lubricant, etc.? Do I need any additional gaskets? Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks in Advance!

Hi all, I have been a long time lurker and i can't recall if i have ever posted. I'm way down under in Melbourne Australia and I'm keen to swap my 3rd gen vfr750's front forks to a vtr1000. I am doing this to get better braking and will upgrade the inner components to get better suspension performance. if i can do this i will swap my rear shock. I have started searching for second hand forks without muck luck. Can anyone recommend an American wrecker (it's what we call it) who may send to Australia? Thanks in advance.

Hello all. I'm going to make an adapter for my Motive Products pressure bleeder, to fit my 6th Gen. Does anyone have a complete Master cylinder cap(lid, plastic plate and diaphragm) brake or clutch? I'm hoping to find a spare someone is willing to part with. The bleeder company does not make a modern Honda adapter as of now. Thanks! ADDITION: As I'm casting the net, I'd be interested in a rear MC cap as well.

tl;dr - want hard luggage on, no grab handles. How do? First post ever. Short and sweet. I got a 2006 last year and it's been treating me very well. I got some OEM hard luggage from David Silver Spares (which is great by the way). But while reading the instructions, I noticed that the installation actually requires the passenger grab handles. Mine didn't come with them. Apparently they're also very difficult to find although I haven't trolled through this site too thoroughly yet. My local Honda dealer can get them for me, maybe, for a cool $275…so the question is: has anyone attached the luggage racks without the grab handles?

Good day fellow riders; a couple weeks after buying my VFR, someone 'accidentally' knocked it over. Of course, the panniers were on! So, I am hoping someone can recommend a location (read internet) where I can look at replacing my right side pannier, engine cover and mirror housing?? Since I am located in Brisbane, Australia the choices are a bit limited here, and shipping is very expensive. Regardless, I am looking for some recommendations hoping to avoid filing an insurance claim. Thank you for your help. Cheers.

Hi folks, my seat latch rattled loose and I lost the slider pin that goes in the middle of the mechanism. If you feel like securing your own with loctite, now would be a great time!, but before you do that, remove and take pix for me please? So I can have it made. Better yet if you simply have a spare one; take pictures over a grid background and send? or sell... /edit ; The side under the seat, where it latches. I may have some other ineresting pix to reply with! lol. I'd really appreciate it. Lockless in Mexico.

My next step in to replace the drive chain & sprockets. I priced them out and its roughly $250 for stock parts. Any suggestions on cheaper alternatives, including drive chains? I want to keep the standard tooth # for front & rear sprockets. Thanks

Howdy Riders, I'm new here and I recently bought myself a 1984 vf750 in fair condition with 23k miles for $1000. I don't have any photos on my computer of it, or i'd post them for yall. The bike needs some work and tlc and over this coming winter i'll be attempting to get it up and going full time. I'm fairly impressed with the bike given its age compared to my gz250. I can finally hit those highways! However lets get to my question. There is an advert for a 1985 vf700 for 500 dollars, and it was in a wreck. The ad states that the seller has all the parts for it, to get back together. I thought I might beable to get him down to $300 or so, especially so if I cant hear it run. My 1984 has the dreaded "second gear clutch slip" due to being abused by it's past rider. I know that It is more or less the Cog in the tranny that might have a chipped tooth. Sooooooo.... I was wondering it the gearbox for the 1985 vf700 would bolt straight up to my bike? Given the different engine size. And if Anyone knew of what parts wouldn't interchange with the two bikes, I'd wish to know. I'm just interested in having a parts bike. and hell maybe cover the cost it by parting it out after I get everything off that I need/want. Thank you.

I had a little THEFT issue yesterday and need to replace the bolts that hold the rear cowl (5th Gen). Of course the THEFT occurred at the honda dealership, so I'm in luck - right? Well, they want $15+ for each bolt. I know motorcycling ain't cheap, but after a theft in their parking lot, I was a little less than accommodating. After checking online, the part 90116-MBG-000 shows up for many different honda bikes and different years of VFR, many WITH DIFFERENT PRICES. What gives? Can I just locate the cheapest iteration of the same part and order that one? Any spares someone wants to part with?
