  1. :P  LOL. Bastage. :D Thanks for pinning.
  2. You don't post so much, any more. Hope all is well, sir!!

  3. I didn't remove the T.B., either, But I still say it gets pinned, as the pics help, and it is what the manual says. As long as it is known that that step can be blown past.
  4. Pin, pin, pin! :offtopic: There's a thread 'round here with questions as to how the L.P. tank bra attaches. Can you help? http://www.vfrdiscussion.com/forum/index.p...amp;hl=tank+bra Please.

Quiz time, Do I see that right? Silver VFR with red outline? That's billy bad a$$!
  6. You've been robbed! I believe as of '05 they put less tools in the kit, (not sure which ones, [think one was the hub spanner]), but you should have wrenches, screwdrivers, feeler gage, etc.
  7. Put my P.C.III on the bottom of the seat rail. Still don't have the Co2 tire kit, but when I do, that's where it's going. http://www.vfrdiscussion.com/forum/index.p...800&hl=cyko

D-oh. Yup. My bag. I don't really read much on the recall goodies, as I had the help of the forum, to fix things, long before Honda admitted there was a problem. Tightwad is still the man for plug'n play accessory blocks 'n stuff. No problem, you are correct about Tightwad and his accessories. Just because they dont have a recall doesnt mean they might could use a little help. I took as many of the electrical connectors apart on my bike as I could get to and slathered them up with a dielectric grease just for safe measure. An ounce of prevention kind of thing hopefully. LOL. I don't mind being wrong. Actually, with the group, here, being wrong I found can be a good thing. LOL. The right answer comes to fruition. And when most members see that I've replied to a thread, they know to check it, thus bringing out the correct answer. HA! I may be premature. House gave me the cowl from his '06. Got some scratches. (Mine's busted up). From the first post it seems the goodies may already be ordered. IF NOT, Robert, pay the shipping, and it's yours. (You have 24 hrs to reply, as I reall would rather keep, and re-paint it, but you have none, so,...................)

Glad you joined us, here. Kind of surprised about your initial reaction. HA! (Not like you wouldn't ever figure it out, right quick). Looks like a blast!

    I Am Back !

Good deal. I was wondering, but the energy wasn't bad, just a little weak. I've noticed you've been on the last few days, so that just comfirmed that whatever was going on, it was settling. I'm glad you got your groove back. As you know, I personally, have never felt the need to push the edge of the envelope. It's not a necessity, for a biker to be a racer. Though some would argue that point, with me. Everyone has there times. I've seen the look in your eyes, after a ride. It is definatly a part of you, even if you think it's just a hobby, in your mind. I know better. It is part of your soul. Welcome back!
  18. LOL. Funny thing is, I make those too. And these,..... 100_3501.JPG
  19. Yep. The first one is an actual mud flap. The second is a garbage can. (Office type, black).
  20. D-oh! LOL. I'm sorry. I don't have a measured template. I had a mud flap on for 2 yrs, then I gutted and shortened the exhaust. This caused desbris to be flung up, onto the tail, because I no longer had the length of the exhaust, to help cover it. So I made a bigger one. I just used a cheap mudflap, for the first one, and a rubbermaid trash can, for the second. I used a propane torch, ON WHAT WOULD BE THE UNDERSIDE of the mudflap, to soften the plastic, to put the bends in. (If you torch the satin finish on the top side, it will become glossy, and look like crap). I just used a piece of cardboard for a template and marked where the holes were, then notched it. As you already know, when taking off the org. fender, it leaves 6 holes. 2 where the org. metal bracket was, (I assume that's where you attached your fabbed bracket), and 4 where the org. plastic fender mounted. On mine: The plate bracket is attached where the org. metal bracket was. The 2 forward most holes, is the first mudflap mounting point. From there, (front to back), it bends down covering the back of the licence plate and mounts to the bottom holes of the plate. From there it bends and follows through. 1st one 100_3557.JPG 2nd one Hope this helps.
  21. Good deal. Now,...........How's about a mud flap? LOL.
  22. Cool. Got some serious hrs in that puppy. Thanx, for the pics, I've been wondering.
  23. Keep an eye on that tire!!!!!!!!! I spent less than $5.00 on mine
  24. Do you have RCA inputs? If you do, a bullet cam on a flew bar, would be sweet!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! http://www.flexbar.com/flexbar.htm
  25. HA! And no CBRs, with the right of way, cutting off your left turns!
