Next week we are starting on making some side panels to fill in below the gas tank and seat area....stay tuned, will post plenty of pics. also will be respraying it in white gloss too. -
I replaced my last filter with a Uni-filter as a weight saving device. Thanks for the link.

I think I fixed all my missing pictures....sorry about that for those who were looking for them. Nick still has the bike, but we will likely respray it white again and this time put gloss on top instead of the flat topcoat. For those considering this, it sucks big time.....every fingerprint shoes up and looks dirty all the time.....live and learn. another pic before the white paint went on we also put the stock 4th Gen tank back on as he liked it better. -
Great job. to add to everyone else...thanks for taking the time to write this up. Although the Sata guns are very good ( I have sprayed about 20 hours a week for 5 years or so with one), I recently bought an Iwata LPH400 which I like alot more. It has a much larger "sweet spot" than the Sata, and atomization is a tad better too. Just for your info.....try to find someone in your area that has one to get their opinion as well. Once again, bike looks GOOD :thumbsup:

This is the bike now. We have to make the side decorative fill panels near the seat and gas tank area, swap back over the 4th Gen gas tank which Nick likes better, and get another stock F4i seat(which he likes better), and the put the undertail panel in. Then we can take things back off and paint it finally. -

Funny, that looks just like an RC30 hb/axle... David Silver Spares sold me one for UKP60 + VAT not too long ago. ($160 @ Ron Ayers). Ciao, That's good to know, no wonder he didn't get any bids on it then. <_<

I saw a harley trike at Wal*Mart yesterday in the HP spot. I walked up, and yeap, handicap MC plates. Kewl! -travis They have been giving out those handicap jobs to anyone who has ever had a heart attack...like walking is going to hurt you....seems like most people got to therapy after they have a heart attack and it includes EXERCISE
