  1. My pleasure. I just subscribed to your youtube channel from the Fusar account. You've posted some really scenic rides! I'm strangely compelled to head out to Utah for some awesome dual sport riding. Looking forward to seeing more. That's the exact mentality we're taking. We're very sensitive to the quality of the product and as much as we'd like to have hit every deadline, it's imperative we make sure the product is ready when it ships. Thanks for the continued support!
  2. Yes - let us know what you think of the new search functionality. We're pushing a number of other updates this month and some massive updates this winter. There will be some major changes, but all for the better. Most of the changes were due to user feedback and I can't stress how important that is. Give us your input because we listen!
  3. Or turn on vlogger mode and it will pull the audio from your favorite bluetooth headset...
  4. Yeah, that was Mike's bike. He's one of our engineers. His exhaust needs some serious love. Sounds like crap IMHO. We've all been teasing him about it for some time and he's finally in the market for a new setup. Personally, one of the best sounding bikes I've ever ridden was a 25th anniversary edition VFR 800 with a full header-back exhaust from Leo Vince. That bike shot flames like it was it's job. So much fun to ride.
  5. As I always tell our customers, we're riders too, so we understand and appreciate where our customers are coming from. I really enjoy getting feedback from the community and believe it makes us better at our jobs. Let me talk with our fulfillment team and make sure your order is one of the first we ship. You just have to promise to use the camera every day of your trip!
  6. There will be a thinner handlebar remote in the future, but not until the 2nd half of 2017 at the very earliest. In the meantime, we are releasing a wrist-mounted version that will have adapters for mounting directly on your bars (instead of the grip) or on your gas tank. We're sprinting to get the first cameras out for Xmas. It's looking really tight right now. We're expecting to hear back from our manufacturer by next week. If we miss Xmas, it will not be by much. Either way, the units we have received for testing purposes are awesome. You guys are all really going to be pleased. If anyone is local to NYC, we're going to be exhibiting at the motorcycle show and encourage you to come say hi!
  7. Hey Everyone - wanted to chime in, as I haven't made an appearance in quite a while (I've been busy making sure your cameras on coming! ) Wanted to confirm that we're getting very close on the FUSAR Camera release. HERE is a link to a sample video we shot last week. Keep in mind, this is raw video with no color-correction, dewarping, stabilization, or any of the other improvements that will be live in the production version. Basically, the final video quality is only going to get better from here. As for everyone's feedback on the Handlebar Remote Control, we really appreciate the input! I can say that the next version will have a thinner battery compartment, which will reduce the overall width of the device and should provide for a better grip. That said, our wrist remote control has been designed to mount using a wrist strap, or a variety of other accessory mounts. This will give people the opportunity to mount it to their gas tanks, tank bags, or even their handlebars (not on the grip area). We're prioritizing the camera right now, but the wrist remote is ready for production and we will be initiating the first production run right after the cameras begin to ship. If anyone lives close to NYC, we're going to be exhibiting at the Progressive International Motorcycle Show at the Javits Center next month (Dec 9-11). Please come stop by, meet the team, and see the FUSAR Camera in person before it ships! While I'm writing, I also wanted to provide some links that you guys might find useful: https://fusar.com/blogs/news https://fusar.com/pages/videos https://fusar.com/pages/user-manuals
  8. Hi

any chance I can get into the group buy?

i just only found out about your awesome products

  9. The handlebar controller is included in the kit you ordered so you're good to go! ... For those of us that purchased the Black Friday 2 set deal will they come with two handle bar controllers or one hb and one wrist controller? I assume the wrist controller is designed for a passenger??? Some people ordered for passengers, others for their riding buddies, so we're going to give you that choice. As soon as the campaign concludes, we'll send out a form where you will have the option to choose. The wrist remote is great for passengers or for non-handlebar action sports like skiing/snowboarding/skateboarding/etc. You're not far off. The difference between the 12MP unit we're working with now and the 16MP unit we want to upgrade to is more than just pixels. The latter is capable of 4K at certain framerates and performs better in low-light environments.
  10. The handlebar controller is included in the kit you ordered so you're good to go! Doh! I was at the show today but missed this thread until just now of course. Would have liked to stopped by your booth to test things out. Very interesting. I recently bought a Sena 10C and was able to take it out and test once so far. I may have to jump in on this too. Do it! We're just under $200k with 5 days to go. If we hit the $250k mark, we're going to upgrade from the 12MP sensor to a 16MP sensor. Just saying... :)
  11. That's correct. Moving forward, you would just use the link I provided in my last post. Here it is again: http://bit.ly/VFR-GROUP-BUY
  12. Sounds good to me. I've gone ahead and created a direct contribution link. Anyone that has been a member on vfrdiscussion for longer than me is eligible to use it. Indiegogo does not support anything but full dollar amounts, so this link will check you out for $210. Please add your name to the group buy list if you use this link. http://bit.ly/VFR-GROUP-BUY In for Group Buy 1-5 CornerCarver - Keith PAID 6-7 gmtech94 PAID 8-9 Rush2112 - Russ PAID 10 adeyren PAID

I'm so impulsive... count me in and paid in full on the Black Friday Special !!! ... still would appreciate some clarification and/or confirmation Correct! We'll refund the difference in price at the end of the campaign. We've officially locked in 10 orders and everyone will be receiving the Dealer Pack pricing :) Well now I feel bad. I don't want to leave you out over a refund. In theory, we could set up a custom checkout link for ordering at the Dealer pack pricing. We've hit the 10 unit target, so I'm comfortable making that concession at this point. Plus, you guys have been really supportive :) All of that said, the last thing I want to do is piss off the rest of the guys who are waiting on refunds, so I'll put it up to the group.... You guys tell me if that's something you think would benefit the community and I'm happy to oblige.
