  1. makke sure you press the B button when you are finished
  2. I have both. They are so different that comparison is ni on impossible. They serve two different purposes.
  3. T. rex used and worked as advertised.
  4. I am in central New Brunswick.
  5. If they don't want your business don't give it to them. My dealer schedules an appointment and I can wait for it unless they need a part. I have never heard anything as ridiculous as I have just read here.
  6. I have the T-Rex sliders and yes i used them and they performed as advertised. Kept most of the weight off my leg, yes i hung on during the slide. I have no issues with the shifter with my T-Rex sliders on my 14 VFR 800
  7. I have the Delk on my 8th Gen and it sounds good and have 20k Km's on it so far.
  8. This topic is generating interest with me too. I am in Canada and am unable to get any info from the Honda site. The affected units listed appear to country specific as my serial fits none of the lists. If any one from Canada has additional info I would appreciate it. Thanks to everyone for posting to this topic.
  9. Inquired of my dealer. He advises that he was just notified that the recall will come out in a bulletin and parts available in January. This is apparently from Honda Canada.
  10. I down loaded the the manual for the F model, but it does not have some critical DCT model information. Does anyone know where and FD manual could be down loaded, or the different pages for the DCT version? Thanks
  11. I guess it is easier to tap the acc fuse in the fuse box.
  12. My 2010 VFR 1200 DCT has an accessory fuse but I have no idea where the connection for it is. If anyone has hooked up an accessory I would appreciate How his circuit can be used. Thanks.
  13. At 68 years and 5'10" I find the both the VFR 800 and 1200 very comfortable. FYI
  14. I found a 2010 1200 DCT model at a dealer still in the crate. I can get a great deal on it and am soliciting any comments from members as to long term use, reliability and general comments. I have not seen one in my area of the country so I have no benchmark. Thanks to everyone. PS I am still keeping my 800.
  15. I put the Honda risers on my 2014 and it is exceedingly comfortable. I am 5'10"
