Taking a break at the Piuma Road lookout and getting a "profile" shot of the trusty steed.
  5. I'm thinking that Honda may have had the bleeder on earlier 6 Gens and probably removed it on later versions. Maybe about the same time they changed the VTEC engagement, (2006+) Here's some pics of the right PCV on my '09, you'll notice no bleeder, Hmm?
  6. I think the reference was for a bleed point on the right PCV, does yours have a bleeder on it?
  7. It has been noted in another thread that the right PCV is only on the ABS models.
  8. Is that a Sebspeed clear clutch cover? lol!
  9. Ironically, I bet the 2014 mirrors would fit on a GSXR though!
  10. Note that the 5 Gen system is slightly different than the 6 Gen (for which this how-to was written), but are similar enough that you can get the gist of it here. That being said, download the Honda Workshop manual from the download section here so that you have the 5 Gen procedure. There is one more front bleed point on the 5 Gen system not present on the 6 Gen.
  11. That's it! Time to buy that 3D printer! http://www.gmaxprinter.com/
  12. Lovely picture, lovely bike! The only thing that would have made this better is the bike facing the other direction to show off that 8 spoke wheel!
  13. Just so I understand, he would be swapping the entire forks (stanchions and sliders) and then need to de-link rear brakes due to removal of secondary master cylinder? Or does one fork tube have compression and the other have rebound adjuster and he would just be swapping out the internals?
  14. I had Jamie retro fit my '01 forks with rebound adjustment internals as well as respring/revalve them. It was very affordable IMO. He also rebuilt a Penske rear shock at the same time and it came out much less than the cost of most aftermarket rear shocks alone!
  15. Nice work and nice looking bike! Now if you can just do something about your avatar, then everything would be just right...
  16. @Switchblade, it's a Shoei GT-Air, with custom "graphics". Meaning reflective rim striping I wrapped in different ways around the helmet
