  1. I gotta keep a closer watch on this thread now that i'm in the 5th gen club.
  2. So, its early on in the century, and you wish there was a way to warm your tush while riding. Well, what do you have that is warm and can be turned on and off... http://img20.imageshack.us/img20/7506/05ne5.jpg roommate found this, figured i'd have to share. It even has proper endorsements. Probably need to hook a troller up to it though. Low/High may not be enough.
  3. but you're probably going to be looking for beer cans anyways, no :goofy:
  4. I want to do it to mine, but I promised myself not to mess with the 4th gen now that its running :comp13:
  5. why did you go with 1/4" tubing as opposed to 5/32"? Probably was easier to fill, but can't think of much else.

  11. really nice pic. Should have taken one of just the bike and helmet for the calendar
  12. nice vid. music goes well, and the transitions are nice. I like the rear camera. Really gives you the sense of tilt.

I see that PMS has gotten to you. (Parked Motorcycle Syndrome)
  14. why bother with making it electrical when mechanical is so much better. I just throw my chain mail suit in the oven for a bit before a cold ride
  15. Sweet report. I'm going to be passing through that area beginning of this coming summer, starting at pikes peak. Nice pics. The maps are very nice. Makes it great to see what you actually did. I'll be pm-ing you with lots of questions before the trip.

our campground. Took me forever to find a good place to stand my bike. The first tent is the PCT 2.

This is actually when i got back days later. I guess the only important thing is to name the gear. Used a chatterbox X2 to communicate. They work well as long as they are fully charged (d'oh). Have a mooseracing XCR hydropack, which kind of works. The only annoying thing is putting it on, cause the tube loops from one strap to the other. Otherwise it worked well. The angled 360 bite valve really helps. Using Nelson-Rigg Silverstreak Deluxe saddlebags. I like them. fairly spacious, lots of side pockets, stayed on tight/no shifting. If any interest, also have a Mountain Hardware PCT 2 tent (pictured later). I like it, room for two people plus gear. Kept me dry, very warm, fairly easy setup. take me 5 mins tops with footprint and fly.
