  1. Just to be clear, operating the front brake will have no effect on the rear until the Secondary Master Cylinder sees rotation force from the front wheel acting on the SMC. So being on the center stand and spinning the rear wheel the front brake has no effect on the rear. (If my memory serves me well?) The center piston of the left front caliper is operated by the rear brake pedal, and it's bled via the left front caliper center bleed valve, try this and a bleed of the rear caliper via the rear caliper outer bleed valve. Hopefully that will clear any air you may have in the rear system.

  3. Doable. I personally would be running to the mirror mount for strength. The clocking is easy and can be fine tuned after the fact. I usually have to do a little tweaking for final fitment. I also think you want the bracket away from the bike so you can throw some serious heat at it. It helps a lot on the smush.

  4. Whatever mild steel shit they have with the square tube, angled and flat stock in the bins is perfect.

  5. Gtechnic ceramic everything plus their EXO hydrophobic layer FTW after orbital polishing. Nothing short of a rock chip messes with my paint. The ceramic glass sealant is terrific. Cerakote headlight kits and plastic trim coats (wipes) are the business. I got a 50 pack of the latter and it was worth it.

  7. So I got a cheap set of collet blocks and a 12mm collet to produce the flats, it turned out pretty good for a drill press. A shot of flat black would be good
