Unfortunately, it will also do the same thing to anything that eats the poisoned rats. Hawks, owls, cats etc. It works, but there are many secondary and tertiary risks. It's bad news. Those on blood thinners are basically taking a small dose of this to ease the pressure on their heart. Or to try and dissolve a dangerous blood clot. Clean out that stuff and call it good.
