Shooter Posted June 10, 2015 Share Posted June 10, 2015 While riding this weekend, I noticed some strae vibrations coming from the front end at about 90mph. Not sure of the cause. If I look down the fork legs, I can see them vibrating as I roll. Below 80mph, no issues, bike is smooth, over 90 mph -vibration. Front tire looks good, no cupping or anything. Everything else seems fine. Its an '01 with 17,000 miles. Front tire is a metzler MEZ6 with about 4000 miles and tread is still good. Could it be the balance of the front tire? I'll admit up front (no pun) that I'm not a fan of Metzelers, but the age of the tire concerns me as it it was too hard for my taste when it was new.
