Palomar's S6 was 99% free of run off. I don't have a route planned since I don't know the area very well. That was the lowest temp we saw and as we got higher on the ridge the warmer it became. Also I think the run off was because it was closer to the last rain. That being said, it is always a gamble with the roads up there, but they do offer a fun time! It's supposed to start raining around 9. I went to college in Malibu. Rocks tend to find their way on the roadway after it rains. I'll watch this thread for future plans.
