Instead of sidebags I chose to only use one topcase and a waterproof (Ortlieb) bag to store my gear. This way you have a narrower profile which helps in filtering through traffic. -

Three generations VFR in front of the southside entrance (paddock) to the Mugello race track. -
Looks like an effective way to keep the RR from overheating. I also like how the connector is enclosed by the fairing so dirt can not get in and cause corrosion.

According to the fork swap data spreadsheet that is floating around here, at least up to '09 Fireblade forks are 50/54mm. The mechanic took quite some time to find out the parts don't match

That's a lot of hardware they've put into your collar bone btw, if you increase contrast of the x-ray by a fair amount you'll notice there is an alien hiding in there Contrats on the addition to the stable

Not when you have a third gen frame. There are still a couple of companies selling triple clicker shocks for the 3rd gen VFR, like WP, Wilbers & Hyperpro. Not cheap but you also get ride height adjustment on some.
