  1. I'm in eastern CT. Always up for a ride. Did a 1500 mile loop a couple weeks ago to west Virginia and back, hit the high point national MX, will be at the Wick this weekend if anyone is coming out... some great roads across PA! Sent from my HTC6525LVW using Tapatalk
  2. I have a set of "condom" mirrors that I do not need, 20$ and they're yours Sent from my HTC6525LVW using Tapatalk
  3. Definitely a great experience going up Mt. Washington, we went up in July I believe, on the way home from Unadilla 2014. Couldn't see anything at the summit, but some spectacular views a couple hundred feet down. I'm from CT, and would love to meet up at some point on your ride Sent from my HTC6525LVW using Tapatalk
  4. New tank bag
  5. Thanks, I appreciate all the free information you all provide, and the Commodore. My pops has been a MC tech for longer than I have been alive, specializes in Honda's, and had a 1986 VFR700 when it came out, so that may have had an impact on my decision to purchase one. Reading this forum convinced me the 5th gen was best, @ and I am a believer!! Thanks again
  6. Gentlemen, this is me, is that you? I have been a silent member for a year or two now, and have not introduced myself so, hello, I'm Josh, I ride a 1999 VFR 800. My favorite street bike to date, I have racked 25000 miles or so on it since I've owned it, and plan on many more. About to tear down front end to do the Jamie D treatment, finally(have had the parts since last June). Anyhow hello!!
  7. This thing is solid!! Thanks again!
  8. Mount Washington
  9. Everyone is entitled to their own opinions. Now I would like to give mine. The mount that I make and sell to VFRD members is made to look like it was an OE part installed from the factory, and I do not sell them to Summit Racing so it is not the same one. Yes, the part number on the RAM mount that I modify is a RAP-B-354-75U. Anyone can order them from RAM and install it on the bike. It will look just like a part that you stuck in the steering stem hole to mount a GPS or phone mount to. If that is the route that you would like to take and are happy with how that looks, then I say go for it. And, if you have a lathe and would like to modify it yourself, PM me and I will tell you exactly how to do it. However, if you want a mount that looks like part of the bike and do not have the equipment or skills to make it look that way then let me know. 10 4 Thanks . Sign me up for one please
  10. Hey Seb, will you be making any more? I would love to put one on my 99, let me know.
  11. Any luck on finding these? I would like to order for my 5th gen, but nothing comes up when I search
