  1. Sorry guys my mistake, the 828-488-7900 is their local number and the one you should call.
  2. So glad I got to attend finally after a few years in “retirement”. Great to see everyone again!
  3. Hello to all! I hope this upcoming Spring ride will be one of the best yet. We are making a change in location this year at the agreement of the majority of attendees. The management of the Microtel in Franklin also run the Bryson City location and have encouraged us to continue to do business with them at their newer, nicer, and slightly larger faculty. We will be staying at Microtel Bryson City May 4, 2023- May 7, 2023. The rates for this year for the group will be $80 for weeknights and $120 for weekend nights. PLEASE contact them directly and let them know you are with the VFRD group. Their reservation manager is on duty weekdays from 7am-3pm local time and can be reached at 828-488-7900. Dad and I really appreciate all of you who have attended over the years and look forward to old friends and new faces in 2023. Any and all are welcome on any brand or model of motorcycle so feel free to invite a friend or family member. See y’all in May!
  4. So far only 2 folks have registered! I know there’s many more who still need to. Please register as soon as possible! Thanks! -PRB
  5. I will be contributing a set of aftermarket levers to the Swag collection.
  6. Just as I promised at last years ride, we will be bringing back the swag give aways! In order to make this portion of the event happen, I’ll need the contributions of you awesome members. If you have swag to donate please contact me directly for the address it can be mailed to, or bring it with you to the event, just let me know ahead of time who you are and what goodies you’ll be adding to the pile! Happy swaggin’ -PRB
  7. Hey everyone I’m getting this thing kicked off. Sorry for the delay in posting this, and huge thanks to Miguel for creating a thread for this years ride. The basics are covered above in that post. Here you’ll find the link to the Eventbrite page where you can register and pay the fee as well as choose to add extra dinner tickets and T-shirt’s for significant others, friends, and family. Dad and I are super excited to see everyone in May and we hope for beautiful weather and a week full of rubber down riding. Hurry and register as the cut off is April 1st! If there are any questions or concerns please reach out to me directly. https://www.eventbrite.com/e/2019-vfrd-memorial-spring-ride-tickets-55192317708 -PRB
  8. I would never allow a test ride unless it was someone I knew personally. I’ve never had anyone ask either. Probably sold a dozen bikes that way.
  9. Weather looks great! I’ll be at the hotel around 10am on the bike ready to rock n roll tomorrow. (Thursday) See yall there!
  10. The slowest bike you own is whichever one you left at home in the garage. Haha
  11. I am in on the decals idea. Jason and I will brainstorm and come up with something and post here!
  12. Fantastic! Looking forward to seeing you.
  13. I’m super excited to announce that this bad boy of a ride lives on!
