There is a wonderful road that goes to and from the small community of Borrego Springs called S2. I believe it's also called Montezuma's Grade. It's a great sportbike playground! Here my VFR is parked along one of the scenic overlooks. The desert view is behind the camera though. -

Duc2V4 pondering the incredible history of the Anza-Borrego Desert State Park. This valley used to be a vast ocean millions of years ago. It later became a Dinosaur haven, then a Savannah where Sabre Toothed Cats and Mastodon's roamed. Now it's a desert playground for motorcycles, offroaders, and all manner of desert loving people. Far out into the horizon is Salton Sea. -
