    I have progressive insurance they insure the custom parts up to $3,000 standard a long as you can back it up when you file a claim ie receipts and pictures.

    fueling would be different. download the dynojet software and do a map compare to see difference. your bike has different injectors also. go to download section there are some good maps for pcv you can copy and paste to pc3 minus the 15%

      I just did! SF and Duc finally got all the maps and are selling copies for only $50! They made a post in the thread about it if you haven't already seen it. Shoot them a message and they will get you all sorted out!

    Dyno run done today 2002 vfr800 with a Tinyminds map, four short velocity stack, pipercross, new header and a Austin racing muffler. Need to sort out fueling I assume.

    What can i say i was just pointing out the obvious. I am vey happy with the header nevertheless i have purchased several headers for my other motorcycles kerker, akra and hindle and never had clearance issues. I applaud the commitment to get the header into production and to rectify the issue in other runs. I just don't understand the snide comments. I don't recall anyone jumping all over the guy who was aggravated over the exhaust gasket size.

    Just finished bike for road america front right header melted plastic. Incorrectly bent. Disappointed

    Finally put on exhaust on easy peasy the weight diffference is 3 pounds lighter than my delkevic. The delkevic header is powder coated the two brother exhaust is also for sale one dummy can. I might sell a leo vince beautiful bends no mufflers. I will weigh the stock header its in the attic thats for sale and so is a plethora of Vfr750f parts ie whole bike 86 some 93 also 8 spoke sold. 20190520_155555.mp4

    Back to the 6th generation chart does anyone think the mufflers and the mid pipe had anything to do with the loss of power on top end.
