  1. This made me abit concerned.
  2. I had R&G sliders installed on my 5G a couple years ago. I wonder if I should remove this rod then use Emery Cloth and/or anti-seize lube on it prior to reinstalling it.
  3. I get it now. I was thinking that it shifted for you similar to how an air shifter works at the touch of a button. They seem rather expensive for something that only cuts the ignition momentarily.
  4. I've never quite understood how quick shifters work. Is it with compressed air? If so, where are you guys mounting the compressor & air tank? I'm thinking it will help me out while drag racing.
  5. Ugh. This wasn't the outcome I was expecting as I read this thread. So sad like that. Rest in peace Ed.
  6. From what I've read HG's modification to the RAM stem mount makes it fits alot better & prevents it from spinning which some members were having a problem with. That's what I seem to remember anyway. For how well it's built, $43 is quite reasonable. There is a break down of cost in the first post.
  7. The first post in this thread says they're $43 shipped and the RAM X-Mount seems to be what everyone uses. I have one that I have not road tested yet but I have no doubt it will work fine.
  8. Thanks again Duc2V4!
  9. Thanks Finleyville.
  10. I'm considering buying some. Could you provide a link to the one you'd recommend?

  15. Ok. Good. Thank you VFRologists Auspanglish!
  16. Thank you Auspanglish! Interesting though that the parts #'s are different on PartsZilla.
  17. Are Gen's 5 & 6 lug nuts interchangeable?
  18. CC- Did you happen to do a write-up of how you did it?
  19. Could you provide a link to the GSXR mirrors you're referring to?
  20. I was unable to get on here the last 2 days. Was there something wrong?
