RIP Marco, that was truly a horrible way to go (and so young too) ... but, he was doing what he truly loved to do.
We'll all miss his unique personality, enthusiasm, and wonderful riding skills.

I second the "good call" decision. Crazy angle + on the paint + hammering it hard enough to lift off. I would just expect the rear end to come around in that situation. Guess I'm not at that level of riding huh?
Very sad day...
Having recently lost a son in an automobile accident, my heart and prayers go out to Marco's family. We should also remember Edwards and Rossi - also innocent victims who will undoubtedly carry this burden with them as they continue their lives and careers. Very sad.
I can not imagine how Edwards and Rossi are feeling. There was nothing they could have done differently. Yes, very sad. RIP, Marco.
