Should I look into new riding shows or pegs? On many bikes the pegs have a bit of an inward slope to prevent that. Perhaps pressure wear on the pegs' mounting holes have caused the angle to change. The 4th gen's pegs definitely do wear that way.

Member Contributer Rice Posted December 23, 2015 Member Contributer Share Posted December 23, 2015 Eliminate the root cause of vibration. Possible steps to take: Balance wheels Replace chain and sprockets Tighten engine bolts Do a tune-up and/or make sure that the motor is firing on all cylinders
Member Contributer Polarbear Posted December 23, 2015 Member Contributer Share Posted December 23, 2015 Duct tape? Seriously, vibrations are that bad? Find another member who has a vfr, do a test ride comparison and see if you need to fix yours. Maybe only new soles on your boots...
ChiefGodzilla
So I did a test ride in some old sneakers ( yes I know not proper foot wear) and had no problem with my feet staying on the pegs. new boots it is!
