They are Honda OEM, are red, but have a slightly different part number, last 3 numbers. Is the European red in 1998 the R157 red we have in the US? Certainly my Jap domestic market VTR1000 is an identical colour to local market stuff, and exactly the same as my VFR800. I would guess that the part code difference probably reflects differences in the stickers, as these can be different round the world for marketing or regulatory reasons.
