Member Contributer BusyLittleShop Posted September 5, 2015 Member Contributer Share Posted September 5, 2015 I tried the expensive ceramic coating to insulate the heat of the rearpipes reaching my thighs and seat but the Thermal Wrap proved to bethe most effective heat barrier to date... however wrapping willpromote corrosion of the stainless steel pipes but that is not aproblem because you can always Scotch Pad the surface to bring backthe luster... I covered the titanium exhaust with the new titanium warp...I also employ a heat blanket over the rear cylinders...

Member Contributer Rush2112 Posted September 8, 2015 Member Contributer Share Posted September 8, 2015 How are you all eliminating the O2 sensors? A couple of radio shack resistors across the O2 heater circuit tricks the ECU into thinking the O2 sensors are there and functioning correctly... I think they are like 35 ohm, I'm traveling and I hope someone will chime in with the specifics or a link. The resistors with a PowerComander solve the problem... a RapidBike module with the MyTuningBike wide band O2 sensor will also work.
