It's much more noticeable when the oil is old, I really power in 2nd gear from 1st or I don't forcefully put it in to 2nd, it just pops back in to neutral. Is there any other possible issue? Clutch is original and I've done the Factory Pro shift star kit. I haven't really dealt with a transmission before so it would be a first to get in to and repair and not looking forward to the downtime. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I'll have to look in to that but I do have the California specific model. I might only be able to swap in a '98-'99 motor to match the ECU? (Without other major work..)
