Monk Posted August 30, 2011 Posted August 30, 2011 I would think (racing only) that the only good purpose is that it would give it some time to cool while there isn't any contact during rotation......... I know you posted for show, and not trying to push it........... I'd like to see it mounted and how it goes though the pads......... Quote
Member Contributer JZH Posted August 31, 2011 Member Contributer Posted August 31, 2011 It really needs to be a full four-leaf clover before I'd buy it... Ciao, Quote
Guest Gbam Posted August 31, 2011 Posted August 31, 2011 Probably not a good idea. I can see the posts now... "Surging problem, brakes?" Quote
DaveM Posted August 31, 2011 Posted August 31, 2011 Square Rotor Na. Looks like bling as opposed to function. I don't like the low pad contact at the low areas Quote
Member Contributer Dutchy Posted August 31, 2011 Member Contributer Posted August 31, 2011 The 1st one to pull a stoppie using these at TMAC12 will get an extra dram of single malt..... and no, I'm not liabable if it goes pear shaped..... hhm now that would be an interesting rotor design... Quote
Veefer800Canuck Posted August 31, 2011 Author Posted August 31, 2011 I forgot to mentiOn it's a REAR brake rotor only!!!!! But still goofy. Quote
Member Contributer Dutchy Posted August 31, 2011 Member Contributer Posted August 31, 2011 I forgot to mentiOn it's a REAR brake rotor only!!!!! But still goofy. In that case... a triple measure malt for puling a stoppie!!!! Quote
