SportbikeRiderXX
I'm a new VFR owner and am considering purchasing a set of used Helibars for my 2006. The seller says they are the older "two-bolt" design. What are the differences between the two versions for the 6th gen? Thanks, guys and gals. Member Contributer Lifesaver Posted August 1, 2008 Member Contributer Share Posted August 1, 2008 I Have The Helibarz on mine... Sorry though, cannot compare to stock. Simply because stock to me is like Jello, without the solidity... HeliBars will rust. The'll last forever though...

Member Contributer hondalover Posted August 1, 2008 Member Contributer Share Posted August 1, 2008 Read all about the single pinch bolt design here. And just for comparasion sake, here in a link to what the two bolt design looked like.

IMO, the new design is more cosmetic, the 2 bolt design is the best less chance of slippage
