2003 Honda VFR800 Interceptor, silver, w/Givi bags, Erion pipes, non-ABS: $4,000. Adult-owned, garaged, and in great condition with many extras. Has about 12,800 miles, runs smooth, includes lowered footpegs, GenMar handlebar risers, Sargent seat, Erion Racing exhaust, tinted windscreen. Lockable, color-matched 1-key Givi hard bags, new Dunlop Q3+ tires available with sale, and more. Everything works. Stock seat, footpegs, windscreen, extra front fairing included. A few scuffs on the lower fairings but still looks and operates great. I've owned the VFR since 2017 and am moving to a Honda Valkyrie Interstate which is like a big brother to this VFR w/matching bags. Central Maryland area. Cross posted. 4047883757.

Hey All, First time VFR owner and first time poster. I've been a Triumph thoroughbred for a while now - owning both a Street Triple and Thunderbird - I decided I wanted something a bit more sport touring. A few family friends own VFR's from various generations and I have heard nothing but good things about them. So I decided to buy a 2009 VFR800 to add to my stable. The previous owner did some tasteful mods to it such as Honda hard bags, leovince exhaust, tail tidy and a double bubble windshield. To add my own touch to it I'm adding a few mods to it myself - honda logos on lower portion of the fairing, reflective rim stripes and a rear tire hugger from red fox (waiting for it in the mail). In addition I wanted to create a new tail tidy as I noticed without any form of mud guard, the tail lights get coated in road grime and dirt and muck which reduces their effectiveness (plus they are getting sandblasted.) I am making a new inner rear fender to cover up the gap in between the exhaust behind the tail tidy. My ultimate goal is to cast my prototype in carbon fiber. Take a look and let me know your thoughts or if you have any suggestions.

I have two cases which are scratched up, and I was wondering if anybody had ever refinished a black GIVI case and had lasting results. They are made of polypropylene. I was thinking of painting with flexible paint (like car bumpers) or covering with 3M film. Any input and ideas would be highly appreciated, or if the topic has been covered please point me to the relevant thread. Thanks

My lovely wife wants to join me on a 9 day road trip for the first time since before kids (the oldest is 18). I have a 2014 standard VFR800 and I need to outfit it with saddlebags, a trunk, and a back rest but I cannot locate any pics. I'd rather buy used but... Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi everybody, My first post, but not my first visit. I have a question about saddlebag compatibility. I have a 2005 Silver VFR, with factory saddlebags (courtesy of David Silver Spares). Unfortunately, my bike got knocked over, and cracked the right side bag. Now I'm looking for another set, and that is next to impossible. I've been told that the bags for the 2005 are discontinued, but I have found silver bags for 2008-2009. My questions for everybody are: Will the 2008-9 still fit on my bike? Dealers say no, but what is different? Is the silver from 2008-9 the same as the 2005 silver? Thanks for any help you can give me! Matt

Hello Everyone!! Im in a little situation and looking for suggestions. I purchased some oem hardbags for my vfr and when they arrived everything was included except the mounting hardware and grab bar spacers for the support brackets. Ebay seller basically said he doesnt have them so im screwed. Im wondering if anyone has there brackets for sale? knows someone that does metal work and can make ? Or, is willing to make up some blueprints with demensions of there hardware so i can get them made? Anything at this point would be a great help!! I looked everywhere for them and had no luck.

Inside, there's an elastic retainer strap in an "X" shape that buckles in the center. Straps can be removed entirely via clips at each corner. The cylinder lock shown on the top surface (with my ignition key in it) comes with sets of tumblers so you can set it up to accept your ignition key.-

The new saddlebags went on today. They're gorgeous and Honda did a nice job with fit 'n finish. The practical test will come over the coming 1000s of miles. Attaching these to the bike is extremely simple.-
